Assisi college of nursing is a venture of ASSISI HOSPITAL Society under the diocese of Vijayapuram . The college is affiliated to Kerala University of Health Science (KUHS),Thrissur and recognized by both Indian Nursing Council (INC) and Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council (KNMC). Assisi College of Nursing aims to develop young minds for achievements of academic excellence by quality nursing education with spiritual values and competence. College prepare nurses for leadership positions in nursing and health fields who can function as specialist nurse practitioners, educationists, administrators and researchers for a wide variety of professional setting in meeting the changing needs of the society. The Assisi College of Nursing hostel offers comfortable stay for the students within the campus during their course of study. The hostel is clean and comfortable, and each room is provided with adequate facilities for stay and study. The hostel has a visitors’ lounge, recreation hall, study hall, chapel facilities, indoor games, magazines reading and television. In the college campus there is a chapel where the students attend holy mass, pray the rosary and spend time in silent prayer which will relax their mind and concentrate well in their studies.
