The College is affiliated to Kerala University Of Health & Allied Science (KUHAS)and approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC) ,New Delhi and Kerala Nurses & Midwives Council (KNC) . NIMS College of Nursing also have Post Graduate Degree Programme (MSc Nursing) with Specialization Medical Surgical Nursing (Cardio thoracic). College is situated along with ISO 9001:2015 Certified Super Speciality 200 bedded NIMS Medicity Hospital which provides proper clinical practice to the students. The hospital provides disciplinary inpatient & outpatient care . All teaching faculties are highly qualified & keep a friendly atmosphere among the students. The college provide hostel facility & quality food for the students studying in the campus .
