Dr. G. Sakunthala College of Nursing is a branch of Dr. G. Viswanathan Institute of Medical Sciences and GVN Hospital. Dr. G. Sakunthala College of Nursing was started in the year 1992 with GNM Course having an intake of 20 seats .Later on 1999,BSc Nursing started with an intake of 50 seats and MSc Nursing was started in the year 2004 having intake of 9 students. GVN Hospital (P) Ltd., provides Multi Specialty Services in Trichy for the Patients such as Medical (Intensive Coronary, Intensive Medical care). Students are given proper clinical training at the parent hospital. Hostel facilities are also provided for the students.
