Sumitra Institute of Nursing and Para-Medical Sciences has been set up with a main aim is to impart quality healthcare education and give training to the nursing and paramedical students. The college offers 4 year BSc nursing, 3 years GNM courses and 2 year Post Basic BSc nursing courses. A Super specialty hospital,100 -bedded Super Specialty Hospital near Wave City Centre, Metro station is affiliated with the college. Clinical training and practical is given to the students in this hospital. Ragging is strictly prohibited in the campus. Any student involved in such activities will be immediately expelled from the institution. The Sumitra Institute of Nursing & Paramedical Sciences has spacious library with rich collections of latest and reference books, journals, periodicals and e-journals. Spacious, well ventilated and furnished hostel with all basic amenities including recreation room, sick room, visitors lounge, dining hall etc..
