Nursing is meant to prepare general nurses who can efficiently perform as members of the health team and capable of dealing the competencies in both the hospitals and other such organizations. The nursing programmes focus on equipping and channelizing the knowledge, attitude, skills and potentials of the students effectively and efficiently to provide quality health care. The students are prepared intensively for maintaining professional standards and facilitating them for quality nursing practice by a team of qualified, experienced and committed teaching faculty. Separate hostels are provided for Boys and Girls. The Hostels are in the close vicinity of various instructional buildings and each room is spacious. The student has absolutely no need to step out of the University premises for their daily and educational needs making life more comfortable and pleasant, thereby making hostel life as a home away from home.
