RCU has been established in the year 2006 by Ramchandra Chandravansi Welfare Trust (RCWT). Nursing is a health care profession focused on the care of individuals, families, and communities in order to attain, maintain, or recover health and quality of life. Sohari Chnadravansi College Of Nursing has well stocked and fully automated library with over 4, 500 titles, 45,000 books, 800 video/audio cassettes and CDs, 600 Project Reports, Encyclopedia as well as Industry and company information sources. Library subscribes around 145 reputed international and national journals. In addition, number of magazines and newspapers also subscribed. It provides access to reading material, information trends and vast collection of books & journals. Sohari Chnadravansi College Of Nursing has several sporting activities which includes both indoor and outdoor, Cricket, Foot- ball, Kabaddi, Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis and many more. RCU Group has provided separate hostel facilities for boys and girls which is located within the Campus. The boys hostel has a capacity of 125 students and Girls hostel has capacity of 80 students. Each hostels is managed by a warden & has facilities of 24 hour Power back up, Mess, Common Room, Recreational Facilities such as T.V/Indoor Games, Laundry, Phone, etc.
