In the year 2003, Sofia College of Nursing was started in the year 2003 at Bangalore District in Karnataka. The College is approved by the Government of Karnataka, Bangalore and affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore with 60 seats of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
In the year 2003, Sofia College of Nursing was started in the year 2003 at Bangalore District in Karnataka. The College is approved by the Government of Karnataka, Bangalore and affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore with 60 seats of Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After a decade of service in this course, college established the Post Basic Bachelor of Science in Nursing with 60 seats as intake which was approved by the Government of Karnataka, Bangalore and affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore. To keep all the students updated with latest news & knowledge in nursing sciences, College has high performance computers with internet .Also well equipped laboratories and spacious library is available in the Campus. The Institute is providing indoor and outdoor games facilities, which helps in extra development of the students. There are separate Hostels for both boys and girls. As the Girls Hostel is situated within the campus, the students are safe and secure. The rooms are spacious with common bathrooms and toilets. They are provided both Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian food.
