The college is affiliated with Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences. Smt. Vidyawati College Of Nursing is approved by U.P. Nurses & Midwives Council and Indian Nursing Council. The college offers 4 year BSc nursing and 3 year GNM with an annual intake of 40 and 80 seats respectively. Smt. Vidyawati College Of Nursing has a library which well stacked with a wide collection of nearly 40000 departmental books, 70 journals & magazines and 20 newspapers are available. The college has variety of outdoor and indoor games & sports in the campus such as cricket, hockey, football, basketball, volleyball, Table Tennis, Badminton, etc. mt. Vidyawati College Of Nursing provide separate hostel for girls and boys. Hostel wardens are available all time for maintaining a disciplinary environment. Mess facilities are open to all students residing in the hostels.
