The college offers 4 year BSc Nursing course with 1 year compulsory internship. The first batch of students admitted from the rank list prepared by LBS Centre , Trivandrum. After that 50% seats were filled by LBS rank list and 50% from SIMET. SIMET college is affiliated to Kerala University of Health Science , Thrissur (KUHAS) , approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC) and Kerala Nurses & Midwives Council (KNC). BSc Nursing has an intake of 60 seats every year.
