Shri Vinoba Bhave College of Nursing, Silvassa a unit of Shri Vinoba Bhave Civil Hospital officially inaugurated on December 2013, with an aim to contribute towards the development of tribal girls through a nursing field. The College is approved by INC. The College has its own planned building and is associated with 272 bedded Shri Vinoba Bhave Civil Hospital located within the campus, to enable the nursing students to acquire knowledge through clinical experience. Students are also posted in rural health centers for their community experiences. For them, a well equipped and spacious hostel is available within the campus. The college has an excellent infrastructure with state of art facilities like laboratories, mannequins, Audio Visual teaching aids such as OHPs, LCD’s, Visualizers, Interactive smart boards to make learning more interesting, realistic and dynamic. A well equipped spacious library with all the modern facilities including E-learning are provided for the students within the campus.
