O.P.R College of Nursing was approved by Govt. of Tamil Nadu , recognized by the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council , Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi and is affiliated to The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai. BSc Nursing was started in the year 2009 with an intake of 60 seats and Post Basic BSc was started in the year 2012 with an intake of 25 seats and GNM with an intake of 20 Seats.The Vision of the College is to prepare qualified and competent professional Nurses on Gandhiji’s ideology to provide preventive, curative, rehabilitative & holistic health care to the individual, family and the community.
