Navjeevan College of Nursing, Gayaganga, under Navjeevan Rural Health and Development Society was established in the year 2003. Navjeevan College of Nursing helps individuals, families and communities to prevent illness, promote, restore health and alleviate suffering. The motto of Navjeevan College of Nursing “love, care and share” helps the students to motivate others. The college is affiliated to WBNC(West Bengal Nursing Council) and WBUHS(West Bengal University of Health Sciences) with the annual intake of 40 seats for BSc nursing. The college is approved by Indian nursing council (INC). The teaching faculties are experienced & dedicated and create a friendly atmosphere with the students. Library with wide collection of books, journals, magazines, national and international reference materials etc.. Transportation facilities are also provided for the students and staff who are far away from the college. College has a canteen which serve quality food, snacks, juices for refreshments. Hostel facilities are provided for the students. Hostel warden has the control over the students. Students get healthy and hygienic food from the hostel mess. Staff maintain the kitchen and dining hall in neat and tidy.
