The Clinical training is provided at Govt Head Quarters hospital, Tirupur , Govt Rajaji hospital ,Madurai,Govt Hospital Dharapuram ,Balaji :Surya hospital, Dharapuram ,Janani Hospital,Dharapuram and Kavitha Nursing Home, Dharmapuram. Maharani College of Nursing provides sports facility like volleyball ,shuttle core, disk throw ,shotput ,Javelin and their daily indoor recreational activities like chess, carrom and involved with intercollege competitions and cultural events for their entertainment .The College has 3 vehicles exclusively for nursing to facilitate the transport of students and staff ,for clinicals ,community areas and field trips of students are entertained with college vehicle for promotion of comfortable learning of students. Hostel facilities are available for both boys and girls. Hostel rooms are spacious and fully furnished with cot, study table, cupboards etc..
