Kalinga Nursing School - Khordha

Kalinga Nursing School is the first private nursing school in Odisha which offers the qualitative nursing education. It is established and controlled by Kalinga Hospital Foundation. The institute offered only GNM programme since 2004 . From 2019 onwards the college started BSc nursing programme. The College is approved by Odisha Nurses & Midwives Registration Council and Indian Nursing Council (INC). Experienced faculties are the assets of the institution. The College has a large library with wide collection of reference books in sufficient numbers, journals in various subjects with the latest in nursing practices, as well as multiple internet connections for students and staff. Ragging in any form is banned inside and outside the campus and suspension and/or withdrawal from the hostel/ college is the first action against the offender. A Canteen is available for the students as well as staff. They serve hygienic food with comfortable seating facility at reasonable price. Hostel facilities are also provided for the students. Students get a homely atmosphere in hostel and the hostel warden has the control over the students. Each room of hostel is equipped with a bed, a mattress, a pillow, a table, a chair, a cupboard with or without an attached bathroom.
