Disha Nursing Institute - Bankura

Disha Nursing Institute (DNI) was established in the year 2021 and the College has affiliation to the West Bengal Nursing Council and West Bengal University of Health Science. The College is approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC). The College offers 4 year B. Sc nursing course with an annual intake of 60 seats. For admission, applicant must be a citizen of India and must be domicile of West Bengal. The applicant must have passed or must be appearing in 2023 in class 12 examination in (10+2) system only and age must be at least 17. All classroom are equipped with modem teaching aids and provided with comfort and safe environment for learning. The College has well equipped library with large number of Indian & Foreign editions new books, magazines, journals and reference books. The College provides conveyance facilities by college buses for clinical training. Students will be given preliminary training in well equipped, twelve bedded foundation of nursing laboratory which help the students to get practice in their nursing field. The Institution has 101 bedded hospital has 4 operation theatres. Cath Lab, CTVS-ITU, ICU, ICCU, Dialysis, Emergency Department, Pathology services, round the clock ambulance, Pharmacy and Other diagnostic services are also available. There are around 12 Departments under which treatment is available like Cardiology, Pulmonology, Cardiac Surgery, ENT, General Surgery, Gynecology, General Medicine, Nephrology, Neurology, Orthopedic, Pediatrics & many more.
