Nawab Khijar Tiwana, premier of Punjab. The College is affiliated to Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot, Punjab Nurses Registration Council, Chandigarh, Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi & Government of Punjab. The students of the B.Sc. Nursing will be learning about the different techniques involved in caring and treating the needy. The course mainly focuses on developing the nursing students into professional care takers. The students of nursing are trained to take care of the individuals, families, communities around them and help them attain a healthy living. They are also trained on various aspects such as, team management, decision making, interpersonal skills etc. Full-fledged laboratories with high-end equipment have been established in a number of departments such as Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Computer Science, Electronics, Genetics, Microbiology, Physics and Psychology etc. Separate hostels are available for Boys and Girls. Hostel rooms are well-ventilated and adequately lit. Well-trained security staff extend round the clock security to the hostel. Each room is furnished with suitable furniture and has access to washrooms, reading rooms, indoor sports area, etc.
