In memory of late Mr. G. Karunakaran, the former president of the Peroorkada Service Co-operative Bank, an educational society was formed and was registered under charitable society act of 1955, register no: T2340.
In memory of late Mr. G. Karunakaran, the former president of the Peroorkada Service Co-operative Bank, an educational society was formed and was registered under charitable society act of 1955, register no: T2340. Later this educational society decides to start a nursing college and this effort step-in to Co operative College of Nursing under G. Karunakaran Memorial Educational Society. The college was started in the year 2009 at Aruvikkara in Thiruvananthapuram District. The college offers 4 year BSc Nursing Course with an annual intake of 60 BSc Nursing seats and 2 year Post Basic BSc Nursing Course with an annual intake of 30 Seats. The College has well experienced and dedicated faculties as teaching staffs. The non - teaching staffs also keep a friendly behaviour with the students. Equipped laboratories , modern computer lab and all facilities are available in the college as per INC norms. Also extra curricular activities are done in the college to express the students their personal talents.
