The college admits 50 students each year. 25 seats are selected by the management and 25 seats are allotted by the Government through the Tamil Nadu medical counselling system . The College of Nursing is recognized by the Indian Nursing Council, affiliated to the Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University and registered with the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council. The Christian College of Nursing is located directly on Madurai to Coimbatore express highway, 7 kms from Oddanchatram. The College buildings are spacious and well ventilated fully satisfying the INC norms. The well equipped laboratories make learning a breeze. There is a vast library and a spacious reading room. The Christian College of Nursing and its student hostels are situated in a beautiful campus along with the Christian hospital, Ambilikkai. The Christian Community Health Centre renamed as the Christian Hospital, Ambilikkai has grown from a small TB and Leprosy hospital of the 1960’s to a full fledged secondary level hospital. It offers general and multi-specialty care, with good laboratory, pharmacy and radiology services. It is presently a 175 bedded hospital, with emergency care, ICU and well equipped theatres. .
