The College aims to develop broad concept of the fundamental principles of the nursing care based on sound knowledge of physical, biological, social & behavioral sciences & adequate skills to provide professional nursing care. Nurses are taking a central role in patient care and are developing new skills, such as nurse prescribing, as well as becoming specialists in particular therapeutic areas like diabetes, cancer and renal care. The College believes in training professional nurses from not only India but globally to meet the great challenges of service in the field of nursing. Professional nursing is a life long service to the people and nursing must advance along with other health professional if society is to be assured of a comprehensive health care program. Hostels are provided for the students including vegetarian and non - vegetarian food.
