Transportation facilities are also provided for the students and staff in the Shahjahanpur district. All India Institute Of Medical Sciences has a canteen which serve quality food, snacks, juices for refreshments. Hostel facilities are also provided. Hostel warden take care of the students and maintain strict rules in hostel in order to maintain discipline.
